Here it is! I found this at Anthropologie.com, yes a little pricey but a great investment! This cut in the dress it what caught my eye. Showing your neck is always a good thing, and a scoop neck allows you to o so as well as showing a little chest! Sewing the dress inwards near the hips, will highlight your hips, which will give a very appealing look. Everyone loves curves! You can dress this dress down by wearing a cute belt around the waist and wearing sandals with the dress. To dress it up you could wear heals and a cute patterned pair of tights! If I owned this dress (wish I did!) I would wear my neutral colored heals, or I would wear my red oxford heels! I pop of color, like your shoes, will add your own look to the outfit!
